Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the Meal Measure mobile application and related services operated by KOZYRA (the “Application”). KOZYRA is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.
Meal Measure does not require account registration and does not collect, log, or retain personal information on KOZYRA servers during normal use. Calculations, favorites, and history are intended to remain stored locally on your device.
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, standard technical protocol information such as a temporary IP address may be processed by network infrastructure to establish connectivity. KOZYRA does not retain this information for profiling or tracking purposes.
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Third-Party Access
Because the Application does not collect personal information during normal use, KOZYRA does not sell, share, or provide personal data to third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.
Data Retention
KOZYRA does not retain personal information on its servers from normal use of Meal Measure.
Information created inside the Application, such as food calculations, favorites, and calculation history, is stored locally on your device where the Application supports local storage. KOZYRA does not receive or keep a copy of this local information on its servers.
Accordingly, there is no server-side personal data retention period for normal Application use because KOZYRA does not collect or retain that personal data.
Data Deletion
Because your Meal Measure data is stored locally on your device, you control its deletion.
You may delete locally stored information by:
- using any available in-app controls to clear history or saved data, where such controls are provided;
- clearing the Application's storage through your device settings; or
- uninstalling the Application from your device.
KOZYRA does not maintain a server-side copy of your normal Application data, so there is no corresponding personal data to delete from KOZYRA servers.
If you voluntarily contact KOZYRA by email and provide personal information in that correspondence, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@kozyra.site.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, the risk of personal data exposure through KOZYRA systems is minimized. KOZYRA applies reasonable safeguards to protect its systems and any information voluntarily provided through direct communications.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. KOZYRA does not knowingly collect personal information from children through normal use of the Application.
Changes to This Policy
KOZYRA may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be reflected in the updated policy together with a revised effective date. Where required by law, additional notice or consent will be provided.
